When I was a kid, the dishonesty in mockumentaries (I forgot what Shermer calls them) really bugged me. I still have books with lots of "references" I suspect are highly incorrect.
It is true that "Wu" sells better.
I think Shermer said Skeptic magazine has about 40,000 subscribers. This is compared to all the UFO best sellers.
His Fox TV debunking show had a million viewers tho. Bad by TV standards but amazing by his.

How can the Mayan Calendar be right? If the Bible says the Anti Christ makes a 7 year peace treaty with Israel and breaks it half way at 3 1/2 years, The Anti Christ has less then 3 1/2 years to make the peace treaty before he breaks it half way through according to the Mayan Calendar. So do people believe the Mayan Calendar is right over the bible? So now a calendar is our book or wallpaper of truth?
